Events

School events at Lakemba Public School are more than just fun days on the calendar – they bring learning to life and help create a welcoming and positive vibe at our school. Whether it’s sports days, cultural celebrations, performances or classroom showcases, these events give students a chance to build confidence, make new friends and celebrate all the hard work they have done throughout the year.

School events also help students discover new interests and talents outside the classroom, whether they are standing up on stage, working as part of a team, or helping to organise activities. It is a great way for students to learn important life skills like teamwork, leadership, and critical and creative thinking.

For families, these events are a special chance to get involved in school life. Attending school events gives you the opportunity to connect with teachers, other parents and your child’s friends. It’s a wonderful way to share in your child’s achievements and see firsthand the amazing things happening at our school. Together, our community grows stronger and more supportive, helping students reach their full potential.
