There is always something to celebrate at our school! From exciting events to proud moments and everyday wins, here are some of our highlights.

Wonderful Week 10

Each term, we celebrate Wonderful Week 10 where we support the wellbeing of our students, staff and parents and carers. We have fun activities throughout the week and finish with a family picnic.

Swimming Carnival

In Term 1, we have a swimming carnival where our students have opportunities to race as well as participate in novelty events to promote water awareness and strengthen swimming skills.

Walk Safely to School Day

In Term 2, we celebrate Walk Safely to School Day. Students and their families have the opportunity to meet staff in different places in Lakemba and walk to school together. Students across the school learn about road safety and how to be safe on and around the roads.

Book Week Character Parade

In Term 3, we have a Book Week Character parade where students and staff have the opportunity to come dressed to school in their favourite book characters. We talk about our favourite books and why we love to read.

Transition Programs

In Term 4, we have a strong transition program to support our new Kindergarten students starting school. We also work with our local high schools to support our Year 6 students in preparation for high school.
